Hanover, Md., November 22, 2022 – Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), the leading provider of global workforce solutions, announces that Vice President of AGS, EMEA Simon Bradberry has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) Staffing 100 Europe list for 2022. The list recognizes innovative workforce leaders whose contributions advance talent solutions for their organizations and the greater staffing industry.
“Simon is an incredibly inspiring, passionate leader who is a staunch advocate of elevating conversations with the C-suite around new ways to approach workforce strategies. His remarkable impact on the global workforce industry spans over 14 countries and dozens of organizations, and we’re grateful he’s spent the last few years expanding our team and capabilities across EMEA,” said AGS President Steve Schumacher.
As a workforce transformation leader with more than 25 years’ experience, Bradberry currently leads AGS’ business in EMEA, where he has grown its headcount 40% in two years. He was instrumental in transforming AGS’ recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) offering and recently co-authored a thought-leadership framework titled, “The Universal Workforce ModelTM: An Outcome-First Approach to Getting Work Done.”
Bradberry’s experience across business management, HR consulting and the design and delivery of workforce solutions gives him a first-hand perspective in harmonizing the theory, strategy and operationalization of workforce approaches.
Prior to joining AGS in June 2020, Bradberry held roles in human capital consulting and lead teams to successfully contract business with major international banking institutions. While living in Singapore, he launched a managed service provider (MSP) and RPO business that served the APAC region. Bradberry is based in the UK, is a graduate of the London School of Economics and currently serves on the representative committee for APSCo Outsource and is an HRO Europe board member.
“A devastating pandemic, war in Ukraine and a volatile economic environment have presented the European staffing market with an uncertain environment and what would seem to be insurmountable odds. The Staffing 100 Europe lists individuals who boldly faced those obstacles and achieved global success,” said Subadhra Sriram, SIA’s editor and publisher, media products. “A hearty congratulations to the 2022 honorees. Thank you for leading the way during uncertain times, providing opportunities for talent and employers as well as making a meaningful difference in your global communities.”
