Four Allegis Global Solutions Leaders Named to SIA’s Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing List for 2023

HANOVER, Md., November 21, 2023 – Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), the leading provider of global workforce solutions, celebrates Adele Alvarez, Kathy Clem, Erin Moore and Sarah Wong, who were named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing list for 2023. As key members of AGS’ leadership team, they have each contributed to the growth of the organization by expanding AGS’ service offerings on a global scale, driving client wins and maintaining high levels of influence and respect industry-wide.

About the Honorees

Adele Alvarez, Executive Director – Client Delivery:  Adele Alvarez is responsible for client delivery in the West region across MSP, RPO, direct sourcing and procurement offerings. So far in 2023, she has extended contracts with two of AGS’ largest clients, launched a cutting-edge RPO solution in the education sector and promoted and progressed 30% of her organization – over half of whom are from under-represented groups. She was previously acknowledged on SIA’s Global 150 list in 2018 and 2019.

Kathy Clem, Executive Director – Client Enablement: Kathy Clem is responsible for MSP and RPO customer implementations, market and business analytics, and technology operations in North America. As an executive member on AGS’ Regional Inclusion Council and a board member for workforce and community development organizations, Clem is committed to helping transform the way work gets done and advising on DEI strategies. She was previously acknowledged on SIA’s Global 150 list in 2021.

Erin Moore, Executive Director – Business Development: Erin Moore has helped win more than 20 new clients within the past year. She strives to keep the sales team motivated, implements new processes and efficiencies, and invests in extensive strategic sales training for her team. Moore uses her passion for connecting with people as the volunteer coordinator on local community boards and is active in AGS’ mentoring program.  
 
Sarah Wong, Vice President – APAC: Sarah Wong is responsible for client delivery and the engagement, elevation and development of more than 2,000 team members in APAC – which has yielded 20% growth year over year since 2020. Committed to building strong regional partnerships and serving as a transformational partner, Wong has retained a full client portfolio and achieved significant expansions during her tenure at AGS. She was previously acknowledged on SIA’s Global 150 list in 2018 and 2020.
