Two Allegis Global Solutions Leaders Named to SIA’s Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing List for 2024

About Jessi Guenther and Cat Halliwell

Vice President of Client Delivery Jessi Guenther has been integral in delivering operational excellence and making measurable impacts that benefit our client delivery teams and our customers. Guenther oversees the North America portfolio and has cultivated a reputation for trustworthiness, high-level business solutions and investing in the success of others within AGS and the larger workforce community. Her leadership has been a key factor in AGS earning multiple industry client awards in 2024. Additionally, Guenther is an advocate for internal growth and opportunity. In 2024, she led a training program for over 90 leaders focused on uncovering opportunities and driving top-line growth. She also serves as the executive sponsor of MentorU, AGS’ diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) career mentorship program. She was previously acknowledged on SIA’s Global Power 150 list in 2015 and 2022; and SIA’s Staffing 100 – North America list in 2023.

Executive Director for Service Excellence in EMEA Cat Halliwell is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic change management and transforming customer workforce strategies. She has created a maturity model to thoroughly analyze a client’s strategy which informs the next steps in their workforce transformation and designed a roles and tasks deconstruction model that further aligns customers to skills-based hiring and other expected workforce changes. A DEI champion, Halliwell helps clients best implement DEI best practices, data and reporting and supplier diversity. In addition, Halliwell has led conversations about embedding skills-based hiring with a DEI lens. She was previously acknowledged on SIA’s Global Power 150 list in 2020.
