Allegis Global Solutions Executive Named to SIA’s 2023 Staffing 100 Europe List

HANOVER, Md., October 19, 2023 – Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), the leading provider of global workforce solutions, announces that Vice President of EMEA Simon Bradberry has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) Staffing 100 Europe list for 2023. The list recognizes industry leaders for their impact within their individual organizations and for advancing the overall workforce solutions industry.

With more than 30 years of experience in workforce strategy and execution, Bradberry is a driving force in the future of work and a leading voice in the conversation about how work gets done. His experience across business management, HR consulting, and the design and delivery of workforce solutions has given him a first-hand perspective in harmonizing the theory, strategy and operationalization of workforce strategies.

Under Bradberry’s leadership, AGS has advanced its diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in EMEA. In the past year, the team has launched an EMEA Inclusion Council, expanded to six employee resource groups, ran an inclusive leadership program for all senior leaders and launched a new recruitment process outsourcing offering and partnership with an award-winning diversity and inclusion tech platform to resolve bias in the recruitment process.  

Bradberry is the co-author of “The Universal Workforce Model^TM: An Outcome-First Approach to Getting Work Done.” Published by AGS in 2022, the book outlines this innovative approach that accounts for the complete workforce view afforded by technology today, putting employees and prospective employees, contractors and services providers into a common framework.
