HANOVER, Md., December 16, 2021 - Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), the leading provider of global workforce solutions, announces the promotion of Sara Babin, Maria Boyse and Jessi Guenther to the role of vice president, effective immediately.
“Our focus the last 18 months has been to come back stronger and better than we were before. Having both achieved and exceeded our targets, we now turn our focus to sustaining our continued growth and scalability as an organization, which has wonderfully opened up opportunity for our people,” said AGS President Chad Lane. “I am excited to welcome Sara, Maria and Jessi to the executive leadership team and confident that their additions will continue to drive growth and opportunity for AGS in the marketplace.”
As vice president of business development, Boyse leads all North America sales efforts, including overseeing a team of business development solutions executives, global bids and solutions, and lead generation. Boyse’s distinguished career within AGS’ parent company Allegis Group began in 2003. Most recently as managing director of North America business development, she played a critical role in growing our business and hiring and training business development team members to cross-sell all product lines.
Guenther was promoted to vice president of client delivery, overseeing all North America operations and ensuring delivery excellence for customers. In her nearly 25 years with Allegis Group, she’s led teams across the globe in recruiting, organizational development, operations and strategic leadership. She has also been instrumental in expanding AGS’ managed services provider business into Canada, Europe, Asia and India.
“Maria and Jessi’s new roles sharpen our regional focus in North America and expand our ability to deliver value to our current and prospective customers,” said AGS Vice President of North America Cory Hansen. “These dynamic leaders bring significant experience and strategic agility to their roles, and I’m excited for the future of AGS within their leadership.
Babin, promoted to vice president of people strategy, is responsible for ensuring a seamless employee experience through the full employee life cycle – spanning talent acquisition; talent management and development; inclusion and diversity; people systems, reporting, and analytics; and strategic HR partnerships. Babin brings over 20 years of financial, legal and human resources experience to her role, nearly 15 years of which have been spent with Allegis Group.
“Sara is an incredible partner whose impact touches almost every team across our business,” said AGS Chief Financial Officer Mark Hagyard. “Her addition to the executive leadership team fortifies AGS’ position as an employer of choice – committed to development, inclusion and opportunity, and where everyone is positioned to achieve their goals.”
All three women have been named to Staffing Industry Analysts Global 150 – Women in Staffing lists: Babin (2020), Boyse (2016, 2019) and Guenther (2015). Boyse was also recognized on Staffing Industry Analysts Staffing 100 in 2019.
