The Allegis Global Solutions Supply Chain Management Team has announced the selection of their 2018 Strategic Partners. These suppliers are being recognized by Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), a leader in global talent solutions, for consistently demonstrating superior levels of program delivery and partnership to both AGS and its clients.
“Recognizing our top suppliers across the globe is a way to recognize our premier partners and help them continue to grow their businesses and strengthen their position in the MSP Industry,” said Matt Fringeli, Global Director of Supply Chain Management for Allegis Global Solutions.
2018 marks the fourth year AGS has recognized and awarded the top 1% of their global supply chain, representing nearly 40% of AGS’ annual spend. The Strategic Partner Program has seen significant growth since its inception. 31 suppliers were invited to participate in the 2018 program, a significant expansion over the 21 suppliers who participated in the 2017 program. 13 of the 2018 Strategic Partners are participating in the program for the first time.
To arrive at the 2018 Strategic Partner List, the Supply Chain Management team leveraged ACUMEN, AGS’ proprietary business intelligence tool, to collect data and analyze supplier performance in 2017. Selected partners were chosen based on three core criteria: impact, performance and partnership. Impact was measured by suppliers’ response rates, starts and current assignments; performance was measured by quality of hire, start to submittal time and bill rate management compliance; finally, partnership was measured by internal AGS surveys, which rated the relative ease (or challenges) in working with individual suppliers on a day to day basis.
Those companies selected to participate in the 2018 program have been aligned into three distinct categories of strategic partnerships. These include Global Partners, which are firms that have demonstrated top performance in every region in which AGS operates, while Regional Partners represent those firms that operate or primarily support a single market, while Diversity Partners are North American companies which carry a federally recognized MWBE certification.
“We’re extremely proud that 59% of our awarded suppliers in North America carry a federally recognized MWBE certification,” Fringeli said. “It demonstrates AGS’ commitment to supporting many of our customers’ desire to work with more diverse organizations, and underscores the value AGS places on diversity and inclusion as a core component of our overall business strategy.”
The 2018 Strategic Partner Program has selected Aerotek, Inc., Manpower Group, Robert Half International and TEKSystems, Inc. as Global Partners.
Regional Partners in North America include Acro Service Corporation, Aditi Staffing, Apex Systems, Aquent LLC, Collabera, Inc., CompuGain LLC, Convergenz, LLC, Epitec, Inc, ICONMA LLC, IFG, Insight Global LLC, Kelly Services, Inc., Kforce Inc, Latitude 36 Inc, Meridian Staffing Services, Inc., Populus Group, LLC, SI SYSTEMS, Spectraforce Technologies, Inc., Talascend SL LLC, Talentburst Inc., Volt, Artech Information Sytems LLC, Akraya Inc., Infotree Services, Kelly Mitchell Group, Inc., Rose International, Inc and US Tech Solutions.
In EMEA, Regional Partners include Adecco, Aston Carter, CPL, Harvey Nash, Hays, Hudson, Morgan Mckinley, Randstad, Robert Walters and Sigmar.
Regional Partners selected as 2018 Strategic Partners in India include Aditi Staffing, Collabera, Inc., Optimum and Zensar.
The SCM team will kick off the 2018 Program with a strategic partner forum in May. Additionally, AGS will host quarterly meetings with the selected suppliers, providing an opportunity for conversation and collaboration around such critical topics as artificial intelligence, the rise of the gig economy, and global talent trends. AGS will also work closely with the 2018 Strategic Partners to amplify supplier successes while helping overcome challenges within specific AGS programs, focusing on optimizing their impact and increasing their market share with AGS.
