About Maria Boyse and Jessi Guenther

A distinguished business development leader, Maria Boyse helped build early success for AGS by winning contracts with several Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Now, as AGS’ Vice President of North America Business Development Boyse focuses on driving new client wins and expanding AGS’ business development capabilities. In the last year, she led her team to secure several major banking, technology and life sciences client wins, revamped an eight-week training program for new hires and emphasized the benefits of cross-selling across product lines and upskilling employees to a greater level of success. As a distinguished leader, Boyse heads the solutions and sales function, as well as the global bids and solutions, and lead generation teams. In her more than 18 years at AGS, Boyse has served as a mentor to many and is highly respected for her expertise, drive for results, collaboration and outstanding leadership.

As AGS’ Vice President of Client Delivery Jessi Guenther oversees North America operations and delivery excellence. In her more than 25 years with Allegis Group companies (18 with AGS), she has led global teams in recruiting, organizational development and strategic leadership. Guenther has been instrumental in expanding AGS’ business into Canada, Europe, Asia and India. She spent five years leading operations in the UK and continental Europe, and she helped develop the MSP mid-market offering in North America. Most recently, Guenther led AGS’ executive leadership team through a restructure to enhance service to clients. She also implemented a regional portfolio alignment program to enhance effective delivery and growth. Laser-focused on client retention and satisfaction, she is known for cultivating high levels of trust; solving complex business challenges; improving how programs are run; and investing in the success of others within AGS and the industry.
